This is not a test
There are no right or wrong answers, and nothing to pass. Answer as you actually work today. Honest evidence of where you stand is far more useful than a flattering result.
Reassess as you grow
Readiness moves as AI and your habits change. Reassess pAIRI every 3 to 6 months, and oAIRI every 6 months or after major organisational changes.
